What is included in the rental charges?
Rental Charges refer to the total sum of rents and other payments (excluding property taxes, property and liability insurance premiums, and maintenance costs) that the Company or its Restricted Subsidiaries is obligated to pay or has paid during a specified period under any lease agreement for real or personal property, where the Company or its Restricted Subsidiaries assumes the role of lessee or user, excluding any Capital Lease.
